My stay at The Red Jacket was an unforgettable experience. The rooms, although a bit dated, were impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the ocean and river. The location was a dream come true, waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The dining was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and allowed us to enjoy some peaceful time on the grass away from the pool hustle. However, the scattered parking was a bit inconvenient, and we were unable to secure a booking for the next year despite our repeated requests. The service, though prompt, seemed inconsistent in dealing with our specific needs.

The hotel is located on the banks of Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, offering a very nice and clean environment with lots to do. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, have a slightly dated aesthetic, but they provide the opportunity to enjoy the grass area away from the pool or beach traffic. The service, rated in the top 10 in the USA, was much more accommodating with housekeeping, laundry services, and a welcome drink. However, some aspects like putting up umbrellas and setting up chaise lounges were a bit slow and not as friendly. The dining experience was very good and convenient, offering great value and plenty to eat like the delicious risotto. Facilities were modern and spacious, catering to different styles of lodging for couples, families, or even family reunions.
